Lover of the outdoors? Passionate about Conservation? Ecology-based Education?

Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park, a 3300-acre jewel between Calgary and Cochrane, will one day be recognized as one of the greatest urban parks in North America. The question is, will you have anything to do with achieving that honor?

The Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation which co-manages the Park in conjunction with Alberta Environment & Parks is looking for a Program Manager to help us over-deliver on our core values of conservation, education and an enriched visitor experience!

This is a uniquely structured position which allows for the successful applicant to balance furthering their career and their love of the land with time for other personal and professional endeavors of importance.

Your hours will be seasonally adjusted to the demands of the Foundation’s activities. You will have the strongest Stewardship program in Alberta in support of the Foundation programming you lead. Your success will depend on your collaboration with this volunteer team as well as Alberta Park’s and other Foundation staff.

If you are not an extremely organized individual, with great communication skills and an ability to inspire others with your passion for the unique eco-system we protect, then please move on to the next ad. If we’ve stopped you in your tracks and you can’t wait to hear more, then apply as below no later than May 4, 2017!
